Hello and thank you for
visiting my page!
I am the founder and team captain of Jacob's Heart and proud
Mommy to twins, Jacob and Julianna. Jacob was born with a severe heart defect
that unfortunately took his life in 2011; this year, he would have turned 15 years old and in September would have
started his sophomore year in high school, like his twin sister; hard to
believe it's been eight years without him! I strive each year to raise funds in
his memory. This year I look forward to exceeding past years funds raised.
I sincerely hope you can join my team and together we can
work towards raising money in Jacob's memory. My intent is to keep Jacob’s
memory alive and make “Jacob’s Heart” a recognizable icon in our community, in
doing so, raise money for a great cause! Thank you so much for being a part of
something so special to me!
