We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. My daughter is my why. She was diagnosed with high blood pressure in college. She is in her 20's but because of her high blood pressure has risk of future complications like stroke, heat attack, kidney disease and more. Many of you have family with high blood pressure and similar risks. We have to change that! This is why I have stepped up to fight heart disease and stroke. Will you help me?
