Hello there. Martin here.
I appreciate any motivation to move my body.
My mother, grandmother, and grandfather passed away each after having a heart attack.
My own life experience continues to remind me that our bodies do not want to be still. So, I must keep moving.
These days the best I can do is short walks, wrangling the dog or some light yard work.
No matter how old you are (or not), and regardless of your overall health, move yourself. Often. Any little bit helps.
Trust me. Your heart, liver, pancreas and legs will thank you (and keep working longer within normal parameters). Those who know.
Oh, and breath through your nose, using your diaphram. Deep breaths. Because reasons. Google it.
Thanks for listening.
Now get up and move something.
Martin out.
