I walk in loving memory of my dad, Bobby Orozco, who passed away from cardiac arrest on July 15, 2019.
As many of my friends and loved ones know, my dad had battled with cardiovascular disease since his first heart attack in 1999, at the young age of 52. That first heart attack pointed to the need for quintuple bypass surgery, years later, a stent or two, at least two strokes, and many, many difficult procedures. But it was from DONATIONS LIKE YOURS to the American Heart Association, which funded groundbreaking research and modern medical breakthroughs, that literally kept his heart beating and helped him to live 20 full more years - 20 years of birthdays, retiring back to Arizona with my mother, and allowing him the opportunity to hold his grandchildren, including my daughter Milina - before moving on from this world.
We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way, which is a common bond I wish we didn't share. But in order to change that, I need your help today.
I humbly ask that you make as LARGE A DONATION as you're able - giving from your excess, not your need - to help keep other fathers, brothers, sons, uncles and all families together and alive through the best moments yet to come.
Mahalo,
Mike Orozco
