This campaign is very dear to me, as I walk in honor of my mom, a triple bypass and stroke survivor. Thankfully, she was not alone when her stroke occurred. My sister and I were with her and acted quickly to get her the care she needed. We are forever grateful to the extraordinary medical team whose prompt response helped her fully regain her speech and mobility, leaving no paralysis. Their compassion and dedication to both her recovery and our family left an indelible mark on our hearts. For that reason, we will continue to proudly support the American Heart Association.
