As a team, we will support the initiatives that are dedicated to saving lives.   Heart disease and heart failure are the top reasons for emergency room visits and hospitalizations.  We will come together and become a force to encourage each other to prevent and treat these conditions.   

For those who have lost a loved one to a heart-related diagnosis, let's stand strong to support each other as the grief continues to heal.  For those survivors of a heart attack, heart transplant, diabetic crisis, or stroke who are still here, let's celebrate and share the testimony to others.
