2023 Bay Area CA Heart Walk
UCSF Pharmacy Team
We would like to invite you to join our 2023 Bay Area Heart Walk team.
This year, our team would like to honor two very special colleagues who passed away suddenly.
Your donations will fund groundbreaking research that keeps hearts beating and helps people have longer, healthier lives.
Noelle De Leon was an outstanding cardiology pharmacist. She wore her heart on her sleeve and always went above and beyond to care for her patients.
Michelle Johnson worked as a physician assistant for UCSF Oncology Clinic. She dedicated 23 years of her life to research and healthcare.
Both Noelle and Michelle were loving friends, colleagues, wives, and mothers.
We would like to walk this year in memory of these beautiful women who both had a great passion and special interest in improving heart disease.
If you cannot physically join the walk, please feel free to get a group together at your location or walk from your homes to honor our colleagues and this special cause. Thank you for your consideration.
