Hi!  Kristina Galeana here, Lead Dietitian at Sharp Mesa Vista.  I am the new Entity Leader at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital for the San Diego Heart & Stroke Walk happening on September 21, 2024.  I have participated in the Heart Walk for over 10 years at Sharp Mesa Vista.  In 2019, my dad passed away from heart disease making this cause even closer to my heart.  I miss my dad every single day and suporting this cause is a way for me to remember him and know that I am helping others.  Please help honor my dad, support SMV, and support this cause by walking with Sharp Mesa Vista on September 21st in Balboa Park and/or making a donation.
