As a community dedicated to supporting heart disease and surgery patients, we're thrilled to take part in this important event that raises awareness and funds for cardiovascular health.At PatientCircle, we understand the challenges that come with heart disease and surgery. Our mission is to connect patients with peer community, education, and coaching to help them navigate their health journey. The Heart Walk brings together individuals and organizations committed to fighting heart disease and stroke.
