Earlier this year, the 9-year-old daughter of one of our team members suffered a stroke caused by undetected blood clots linked to COVID-19. Despite her mother's quick action, rushing her to a hospital in Salt Lake City, the stroke went undiagnosed for over 10 hours. The lack of awareness and research on pediatric strokes contributed to this delay, leading to significant brain damage and paralysis.

With better knowledge and diagnostic tools, we could have prevented these devastating outcomes. But we can make a difference now. By supporting this cause, you’re not just advancing research—you’re saving lives and improving the care of children facing similar emergencies.
