Hello!!
More and likely you found one of my heart key chains!! Below is why I am doing this and why your donation can help to keep hearts beating
Hello!!
My name is Justin and on October 12th, I'll be running the Chicago Marathon- 26.2 miles through the heart of one of my favorite cities. I'm not just running Chicago to say that I did a marathon, but for a bigger reason.... my mom.
In October of 2004, my mom passed away from a heart attack and turned my world, my life upside down. Though it's been over 20 years since her passing, she is still very much missed and thought about daily. This run is in her honor and to show Chicago how much she means to me and so many others.
I will be running with and raising money for the American Heart Association, with high hopes of raising $1750 to help support life-saving research, education, and prevention programs. Every dollar goes towards helping more families stay whole and more hearts keep beating.
If you are able, please donate! Every dollar, no matter the amount, means the world to me and helps to build a future where fewer people have to say goodbye too soon.
For me, this is so much more than a marathon.
Thank you for support, love and encouragement.

Hello and thank you so much for the donations so far! I can't express how much this all means to me. For those just popping in for the first time, I am hoping you found one of my heart keychains I put throughtout the town of Corvallis! This is just one way I am fundraising for the American Heart Association. As you have read above, this run in particular means a great deal to me and am hoping to raise as much money as I possibly can for heart research, education and so much more. Heart diease is the leading cause of death througout the world and if I can do anything to lower that number, this would be it. So please consider donatining today and doing what you can to help keep our heart beating healthy!
