This October, I’ll be taking on the Chicago Marathon, and I’m proud to be running in support of the American Heart Association—a cause that means a great deal to me and my family.
Many of you know that my dad has faced serious heart issues since I was just three years old. His journey has been long, difficult, and incredibly courageous, and in 2019 he received the gift of a heart transplant that gave him a second chance at life. Watching him fight through every setback and milestone has shaped who I am and why this mission matters so deeply to me.
The American Heart Association funds lifesaving research, supports families, and helps ensure that more people get the care and breakthroughs they need—just like my dad did. As I train for this marathon, I’m running with gratitude, purpose, and hope for all the families who are still waiting for their miracle.
If you’re able, I would be truly grateful for your support. Whether it’s a donation, sharing my page, or cheering me on along the way, it all makes a difference. Together, we can help more people live longer, healthier lives.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
