Most of you know Quinlan was born with Tetralogy of Fallot (https://www.heart.org/en/health-topics/congenital-heart-defects/about-congenital-heart-defects/tetralogy-of-fallot). Quinlan has had two open heart surgeries the first, was at ten days old and the second at three and a half years old. The only issue Quinlan had after the second surgery, he didn't want to see a doctor or have a doctor touch him for maybe a year and a half. He is a very normal 10-year-old, loves to annoy and push Jordyn’s buttons.
In the future (I hope not the near future) Quinlan will have another surgery to replace his pulmonary valve. We continue to pray this will be in a few more years once his heart is fully developed. We hope this will be his final surgery as a child. If not he will have two surgeries, for the valve replacement in the future.
Whatever amount you can donate in Quinlan’s Team would be gratefully appreciated for pediatric and adult heart research!
Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
