Every day, Americans are touched by heart disease and stroke. Whether it is our own health or that of friends or family members, a lot goes into combating our nation’s #1 and #5 killers.

This year, Lark and I have an opportunity to participate in the 43rd Annual American Heart Association Beach Ride. Funds raised go directly to the American Heart Association and support their mission to build lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
