Last year I lost three beautiful women in my family to heart disease. It is so important to learn and recognize the signs of stroke and heart disease.  With the funds raised by this event, there will be more research to help save lives. I have met and spoken to survivors. Survivors who credit the AHA and their lifesaving resources for their continued existence.  It has inspired me to do what I can to help.  Please, help me help them.
