Welcome to the 2024 American Heart Association Beach Ride. This year I am riding with Team 40 Something Cowgirls.  This is my 8th ride since 2016.  What an awesome event with great people and horses.  I will be riding again this year with and for my daughter Kristy who passed away in 2010, at the age of 32, as a result of sudden cardiac death - VFIB.  Kristy was a resident of Myrtle Beach at the time.
