For the past four years, I have proudly participated in the American Heart Association Beach Ride, an event that brings together people who are passionate about making a difference in the fight against heart disease and stroke.

Each year, I am inspired by the generosity of family, friends, and supporters who help make this mission possible. What started as a single ride has become a meaningful tradition and an opportunity to support life-saving research, education, and advocacy through the American Heart Association.

As a proud supporter of Team TRAK, the Therapeutic Riding Academy of Knoxville, I have seen firsthand the impact that connection, perseverance, and community can have on changing lives. Those same values are reflected in this event and in the work of improving heart health for individuals and families everywhere.
