I am honored to join Team TRAK, the Therapeutic Riding Academy of Knoxville, in supporting the American Heart Association through this year's Beach Ride.

This event represents more than a day in the saddle. It is an opportunity to raise awareness and critical funding for heart disease and stroke research while supporting a cause that touches so many lives.

What inspires me most is the shared commitment to making a positive impact. Through Team TRAK, I have seen how compassion, resilience, and connection can help people overcome challenges and build confidence. The American Heart Association's mission reflects those same values by creating healthier lives and stronger communities.
