please help by donating! My granddaughter was 14 years old when she was air lifted to the hospital and found she was in heart failure. Through donations, prayer and support of people like you, we were able to have Gracie with us for 6 more years. Over these six years she spent months at a time in the hospital, first to get her healthy enough to have a LVAD system put in her heart to keep her living to improve her health and wait for the perfect heart. After months the perfect heart was available (at the terrible loss of another). Her transplant was a success, but unfortunately in a years time she was in heart failure again, and the process started all over. She received another heart transplant age 16, and she was doing amazingly well. Then she caught COVID and for the last six months of her life it was spent in and out of the hospital. We lost our precious Gracie on March 8th, 2025. It's is so devastating. She was just a young adult at nineteen, looking forward to getting married and just living her life. She has two siblings that have this same condition! We pray they will not have to go through what Gracie did.
