Hi! My name is Tracy Plambeck-McCoy and I live in Summersville WV with my Husband and Children. This is my first year participating in the AHA Beach Ride Fundraiser. I joined the 40 Something Cowgirls Team, and am doing so to honor the memory of my older Brother Richard (Ricky) Plambeck. We lost him way to soon in July 2014, approx 1 week before his 48th Birthday. Left behind are two sons, and lots of Friends and Family that love and miss him very much. Ricky absolutely loved the outdoors, and enjoyed adventure. I wholeheartedly support this cause, for him... and the numerous others who's lives have been lost or affected.
