Friends, I'm going to ride on the beach for the American Heart Association again this year! I hope to be a Heart Hero for the 8th year in a row by raising $1,000.  If you've been touched by heart disease or stroke and would like to support my efforts and donate, please help me raise money for the AHA.  Nearly everyone has been touched by heart disease in some way.  My "why" is so that I can ride more.  What's your "why?"
