I am riding this year in honor of several special people to me. My great grandfather passed away in 2010 from a massive heart attack. In 2013 my great grandmother passed away from a stroke. My very sweet friend Jan Mullis lost her precious husband, Bill to a heart attack in February 2022. Last year in 2022 my friend Tony Farr, two weeks after coming home from the beach ride his wife passed away suddenly from a heart attack at the age of 56. We miss and love everyone of them very much. It is very important that we all learn cpr, if you do not know cpr you can go to www.heart.org to find more information about finding a location near you to learn it for no cost.
