Please consider supporting me by donating to the American Heart Association.  I will be riding my horse, Jake, again this year at Myrtle Beach November 4-8, God willing.  This will be my third year.  I was so thrilled that I was able to participate in this great opportunity once in my lifetime, then a second chance, now I hopefully get the chance to do it again!  

I lost my only living sibling May 30.  My brother was my hero.  He had had a quaddrupple by-pass years ago, along with many other recent health problems.  He would have had an 80th birthday this August.  My ride this year will be for him, in his memory.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.  I am pretty healthy right now, but I know that things can change in an instant.  I am 67 years old, and have come to realize just how important one's health means not only to yourself, but to all your family, friends, and furbabies that you need to care for.
