Join us in our efforts to support American Heart Association in honor of Mr. Leland Gardner!!
Thank you for supporting American Heart Association. Your contribution is greatly appreciated. This year we are riding in honor of James Leeland Gardner, Sr. ( May 05, 1944 - May 14, 2021 ) who suffered from Pulmonary Heart Disease.
He was born in Martinsville, VA on May 5, 1944 and was raised in Snow Creek, Va. Leeland served in the United States Army. He married the love of his life, Kathy, where he devoted his life to serving the Lord, his family, and work, which he instilled into his family to carry on. His work ethic and desire to take care of his family was displayed through his many talents. He was a tobacco farmer, dairy farmer, truck driver, and sawmiller. Leeland had a passion for raising and working draft horses. Through his life, he built a legacy of faith, love, and integrity, which was imparted on to his children and grandchildren, showing them to love God first, take care of your family, and work hard. Leeland and his unique personality will never be forgotten.
Every dollar we raise and all proceeds will go towards working together so that we can save lives and educate individuals and families on how to live healthy.
We have all been touched by heart disease through family and friends.
In his honor and memory we strive to make a difference.
Join our team and help us support the cause!
