A few years ago my brother started raising money for the kids heart challenge to support Mr. Cyone and his son. Once I was old enough I started working with him to raise funds for the AHA. Now I raise the money by myself to support kids like Mr. Cyone's son.
Earlier this year my dad lost a good friend and work acquaintance that has young kids like me to heart disease. Hopefully the money I raise can help save more dads like Greg.
The AHA does a lot of important work with our local hospitals and even funds research at Penn State. My great grandfather had a massive heart attack a long time ago and my mom's sister was born with congenital heart defects. Taking care of our hearts is really important.
