Hear my story
My name is Grace Campbell for those of you who don’t know me, I was born with a special heart called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, my parents were made aware of my condition at 23wks in pregnancy. Without my parents, my amazing medical team and the lifesaving surgeries I went through I had days to weeks to live, I am now 22 and have been thriving! I am so truly grateful for the opportunity to share my story and to ask you to donate and support this amazing cause!
My schools goal is $20,000 and I am hopeful we can meet the goal or even surpass it! I am asking everyone to consider donating, sharing this and spread awareness! This isn’t just for me it is for hundreds of families who have or know someone with a congenital heart defect
