Help Me Be a Lifesaver!
I?m excited to be a Youth Heart Ambassador for NH to help raise funds and awareness to support lifesaving research and bring hope to families like mine who have needed life-saving heart surgery. My brother, Dad, and I have all had our lives saved by open heart surgery- my Dad?s was one year ago this month and I?m SO happy he is still alive and HEALTHY!
The American Heart Association also helps to fund lifesaving research that makes new interventions possible- like Cooper having his pulmonary valve replacement done in the cath lab. Since I will need my valve replaced soon too, this research is so important to me so that I can hopefully not need another open heart surgery.
Every donation helps and brings us closer to a world where no family loses someone they love too soon ?all while helping kids with special hearts live longer, healthier lives.
