Our School Has Heart!

Join us in learning about heart health and raising funds to protect all hearts – especially other kids! Through fun activities we’ll discover ways to take care of our hearts and brains while practicing kindness, gratitude and learning ways to de-stress. Plus, we have the chance to earn PE equipment for our school!

Winneconne Elementary is celebrating its 19th consecutive year participating in the Kids Heart Challenge while the American Heart Association is celebrating 100 years!!!

The kickoff assembly for our 2024 Kids Heart Challenge is on Thursday, January 11th with fundraising (optional) taking place from this date until our event day on Friday, February 16th.  

All students will participate in the event during the school day on February 16th with 45 minutes of jump roping activities/stations and then student/families have the option to register, complete Finn's mission, and raise donations to support our school event and help make a difference for the American Heart Association. 

Our school has additional incentives besides the thank you gifts from the American Heart Association for raising donations which include the following:

Name the Gym Banner: Top Fundraising Student

Buster (3): Finn's Mission Drawing

Avocado Warmies (3): Finn's Mission Drawing

Duct Tape Mr. Meunier to the wall: Top Fundraising Classroom

Pie a Teacher: Top 10 Fundraising Students

Silly String Mrs. Hughes: Students that raise $250 or more 

Green Bay Gambles Voucher: Any student who raises any amount will receive a free voucher to attend a Gamblers game the weekend of March 16th.

Classroom Challenge: When 50% of students in the classroom register, the classroom teacher will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card. When 3 or more students in a class complete Finn's mission, the classroom teacher will receive another $25 Amazon Gift Card.
