Cerritos is Heart Healthy!
Participation goal of 200 students registered and 72 completed Finn’s Mission!
School Celebrations:
When we have 200 of our students register, our school will receive an additional $500 certificate to US Games for PE and recess equipment!
When we reach $30,000 in lifesaving donations...
Top fundraiser in the school and Top fundraiser in each grade level will get to do a water sprayer “hunt”! Each student will get to choose a staff member from a provided list to enter the hunt. These students will get to chase and spray/soak these staff members in the designated play area!
Mrs. Martin will also wear ASU gear this day and Dr. Eley and Mrs. Wintring will wear U of A gear this day
All students who complete Finn’s Mission will have an opportunity to attempt the FINNPOSSIBLE SHOT and WEAR THE FINN’S MISSION CAPE during event end celebration! Surprise gifts will be awarded to any student who makes the shot!
Classroom with the most donations raised will get to have a treat party of their choice (donuts, ice cream, etc.)!
Join us in learning about heart health and raising funds to protect all hearts – especially other kids! Through fun activities we’ll discover ways to take care of our hearts and brains while practicing kindness, gratitude and learning to ways to de-stress. Plus, we have the chance to earn PE equipment for our school!
