Our School is Heart Healthy!
Join us in learning about heart health and raising funds to protect all hearts – especially other kids! Through fun activities we’ll discover ways to take care of our hearts and brains while practicing kindness, gratitude and learning to ways to de-stress. Plus, we have the chance to earn PE equipment for our school!
Kickoff Assembly (during school day): Thursday, January 30
Heart Heroes Family Night with Jump Rope Performance: Tuesday, February 25 from 5:30 - 6:30
Final Day for Donations: Friday, February 28
KHC Celebration: Thursday, March 6
Goal: 450 students join! If we get 50% of our school to join KHC, we will earn an additional $500 in US Games Certificates to get more new PE equipment!
Special School Incentives:
- Top fundraising and top participating class will get an extra 30-minute outdoor recess with Mrs. Sparks!
- When our school raises $10,000, we will get free choice during PE for a week!
- When our school raises $20,000, we will get a pajama day!
- When our school raises $25,000, Mrs. Sparks will dye her hair pink!
- When our school raises $30,000, we will get music during lunch for an entire week!
- When our school raises $35,000, we will earn a SLIME party! Any student that is registered will get entered for a chance to dump a cup of SLIME! For every $20 you raise, you will get another entry into the drawing!
