Powers Lake Ranchers Have Heart!
Join us in learning about heart health and raising funds to protect all hearts – especially other kids! Through fun activities we’ll discover ways to take care of our hearts and brains while practicing kindness, gratitude and learning ways to de-stress. Plus, we have the chance to earn PE equipment for our school!
This year, we’ve put together daily dress up days and activities to encourage healthy heart habits.
Monday: Jersey Day! Wear your favorite team's gear or colors and MOVE 60 minutes today.
Tuesday: School Spirit Day! Show your school pride and be KIND.
Wednesday: Quacky Wednesday! Mix-Match dress up day and add color to your plate.
Thursday: Dress Up or Dress Down Day! Fancy or comfy, you decide and get a good night's sleep tonight.
Friday: Superhero Day! Dress like your favorite Superhero or wear red AND learn Hands only CPR so you, too, can be a Heart Hero!
Fired Up for 50! Our Goal is to have at least 50 of our students Sign up to Join our Team this year. When we do, every student will earn a prize from the American Heart Assn.
Students who sign up and complete all 7 steps of the Finn Mission Challenge will earn a HERO CAPE and also be entered into a national drawing for 2 Tickets to the 2026 Superbowl.
