Welcome back to another Kid's Heart Challenge Paxtonia!
It's time to get started to raise money for this year's Kid's Heart Challenge. As a school we will learn about our heart health, do some heart healthy activities, and raise money for the American Heart Association!
In the past 4 years Paxtonia has raised over $162,000 for the American Heart Association. Last year we raised $51,424 and finished 2nd in Pennsylvania. Our goal this year is to raise at least $52,000! If we reach that goal I will dye my hair AND beard. We will also earn schoolwide KHC Bingo!
If we get 1st place in Pennsylvania, I will get a tattoo to commerate this amazing achievement.
Any student who raises over $150 will earn the special Heart Hero keychain of Victor which will be given out after the event is over. Raising over $150 also enters students in a drawing for a chance to win a prize from the KHC prize bin. There will be classroom prizes for the top three classes in the school, with the first place class winning a pizza party! Finally, the top ten fundraisers in each grade (60 students total) will earn an ice cream treat with the Principals from the Clown Around Town ice cream truck sometime in the spring!
