I support the AHA because of my daughter, Emma. She was born with a congenital heart defect and spent her first five weeks of her life in the hospital, including a number of days post-surgery on a life support machine. Now nearly eleven years later she is absolutely fine and has thankfully not had any further health issues. She has already shown so much fight and resilience, and is turning into the nicest and sweetest young lady; someone who really celebrates life and when asked about her day always says ''this is the best day ever!". A passion that we should all share! I am so proud (and thankful) to be her dad, and I am sure that she will grow into an amazing woman.
