Tami Castelow

Just like many of you, I know many people who have had to deal with heart disease or stroke. Additionally, I work in the Cardiac Rehab department of Memorial Hospital, so I see people every day dealing with these issues as well. I am part of the Cardiac Rehab Heart Walk team and am trying to raise funds that help with research and education for heart disease and stroke. A donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated!
