Hi folks! About 12 years ago I was diagnosed with a-fib, an increasingly common heart rhythm disorder.

I didn't take my heart health seriously and suffered a medical event that nobody would want to experience.   After some significant lifestyle changes I chose to prioritize my health and work hand-in-hand with the American Heart Association to spread the word about heart health and positive lifestyle changes.
