If you know me, you likely know my story, but if you don't the short version is that my family hasn't always fared well against heart disease, but I am working (literally) to help reverse that trend so my boys (and grandchildren) don't have to worry as much as I do.  I hope you'll consider joining our family as we work to be a relentless force for longer, healthier lives!

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this. ​
