I was a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse for over 20 years. The program closed after Covid in 2021.. I have taught many classes over the years on the risks related to heart disease and Stroke. I’ve shared laughter and tears with my patients and their families. We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. We have to change that. Will you help me?
