2025 Cincinnati Heart Mini-Marathon & Walk

Due to the weather, the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Heart Half and 15K Heart Mini will have an hour delayed start of 8:30am. The Half Marathon cutoff at the 6th St. ramp will be extended to 10am. Any Half runner who reaches the 6th Street ramp after 10am, will finish on the 15K course.
UC Health Steps for Stroke will remain at 10am. All other events will be pushed back by 30 minutes.

If you ever need to shelter in place throughout the morning, announcements will be made from the stage in front of the P&G Towers. Please find one of these safe locations:

Through fundraising and community engagement, the Heart Mini aims to enhance CPR training accessibility, bolster bystander preparedness, increase funding for vital research, and ultimately, save lives.
