I’m participating in the 2025 Cincinnati Heart Mini-Marathon & Walk to raise funds for the American Heart Association. This cause is personal to me—my grandpa passed away from heart disease, and I see my grandma working every day to keep her heart healthy. I’m also walking for my teacher’s grandson, who means a lot to our school community.
Heart health is something I care about every day. I love playing soccer and running long distances, and I know how important it is to keep your heart strong. My mom works for Cincinnati’s Heart Hospital, The Christ Hospital Health Network, where so many patients' lives have been changed by amazing heart doctors and their teams. She’s proud to be part of a healthcare system that helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Heart disease affects so many families, but we can make a difference. 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive—but when CPR is performed, lives can be saved. Every dollar donated helps fund research, CPR training, and treatments that save lives.
I’d love your support in reaching my goal! Let’s walk (or run!) together toward a future with stronger hearts and healthier communities.
