As a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and owner of a Human Upgrade Center, I’m deeply committed to longevity and optimal wellness. I’m honored to be part of a movement that is driving real change in women’s health.
Cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women, yet for far too long, women have been left out—left out of research, testing, treatment, and funding. The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement’s Woman of Impact campaign is working to change that.
Women’s health is different. Our bodies, hormones, and risks don’t mirror those of men, yet the medical field continues to treat us as if they do. The reality? Women have been underrepresented, undertreated, and undercounted. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Because there’s one source of support women can always count on—each other.
Together, we can change the future of women’s heart health. We can push for more research, better treatments, and equitable access to care. We can create solutions that address the unique needs of women at every stage of life—so we don’t just live longer, but we live better.
This isn’t just about wearing red or sharing statistics. It’s about action. It’s about standing together to protect our health, our futures, and the generations of women who will come after us.
