The fight against heart diseases and strokes is important to me, which is why I'm walking again in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk.
I participate in this event for the millions of people who have been affected and for their loved ones. I walk in memory of family members and friends I have lost due to heart attacks and diseases.
I walk to celebrate the life of my beautiful wife, a heart disease survivor after undergoing a medical procedure when diagnosed with Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT). Today, we can enjoy her company and live healthy lifestyles together.
Unfortunately, about 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year; that’s 1 in every 4 deaths. In addition, heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, and every year about 735,000 Americans have a heart attack.
Each of us has our own story of someone close who has been impacted by heart disease, or maybe that someone is you, if so, please consider making a small donation to our Distribution Team.
Also, if you have the chance we’ll love for you to join us for the walk this year.
By donating today you can help the American Heart Association on its mission to reduce deaths from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
Your generosity would mean so much to me! And the power we have together far outweighs what I can do alone.
Thank you in advance for your support!
Best,
Nando
