Walk with Me for Heart Health - Because Black Women Deserve to Live
Did you know that Black women are nearly twice as likely to experience cardiac arrest in public - yet far less likely to receive CPR from a bystander?
This isn't just a statistic. It's a life-or-death disparity that affects mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends every single day.
I'm walking in the Heart Walk to raise awareness and critical funds for heart health in Black women - a group too often overlooked in research, treatment, and recovery support.
- Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of Black women
- Black women often face systemic barriers to timely diagnosis and care
- Too many don't survive cardiac arrest because of a lack of CPR awareness and action
But we can change this - with education, research, and community support.
Your donation will:
- Fund lifesaving research focused on women of color
- Expand CPR training in communities that need it most
- Help address health inequities that cost Black women their lives
I'm walking for justice. I'm walking for change. I'm walking for Black women.
Will you stand with me?
