I survived cardiac arrest and flat-lined twice on the operation table. Doctors can't believe they get to sit and talk with me,and many will say I'm a miracle. I do this not only for me. I do this so others don't go through what I did.Thats why I choose to take that walk to keep healthy with the support and love my family and friends give to me everyday.

Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death. ​
