Hello Friends! 

This year marks our 10th Pittsburgh Heart-walk for the American Heart Association in memory of my brother, Michael Pope. Losing him was shocking & heartbreaking, but walking in his honor has been my way of keeping his spirit alive -- and trying to make a difference for others.

I started Mike?s Militia in 2016 to raise awareness and funds for heart health, and every year I get to lead the Zumba warm-up and stretching at the Pittsburgh Heart Walk -- it?s one of my favorite parts of the event!

By donating, you?re helping fund life-saving research, community education, and training in two-step CPR, so more lives can be saved. Every little bit counts, and your support means so much to me and my family.

I?m hoping to beat last year?s $1,800 goal and honor Mike together. Your donation keeps his memory alive and helps save lives -- there?s nothing better than that!
