Division of Endocrinology and Molecular Medicine named our team Sweet Steps. We are proud to participate in the AHA Heart Walk to emphasize the vital role of exercise in managing diabetes, obesity and other endocrine disorders. Regular physical activity is a cornerstone in the prevention and management of number of Endocrine conditions, number of which are closely linked to cardiovascular health.

By engaging in the Heart Walk, we aim to raise awareness about how exercise can help control blood sugar levels, reduce body weight, and improve overall heart health. Our mission is to inspire our community to embrace active lifestyles as a powerful tool in combating diabetes and obesity, ultimately reducing the risk of heart disease.
