2025 Tampa Bay Heart Walk
Hearts United in Christ
Walking with Heart and Purpose
Heart disease is the #1 killer of women in the U.S., and in our community, it strikes even harder. Nearly 60% of Black women over 20 live with heart disease or high blood pressure, often with no warning signs.
For many of us, this is personal.
We?ve lost loved ones.
We?ve survived the fight.
We?ve stood in faith when hearts were breaking.
That?s why we walk.
We walk as a sisterhood, with family and friends by our side, raising awareness, supporting research, and standing up for our health.
We also walk to save lives: 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don?t survive because no one nearby knows CPR. But together, we can change that.
Every step we take helps train lifesavers, fund hope, and bring healing to our communities.
We walk in memory.
We walk in hope.
We walk for the ones still fighting.
We walk with Jesus Christ at the center.
