I walk for my Mom, who had a stroke in 2017 and left us.   I walk for my Dad who had a stroke in June of 2025 he is a Survivor and I still care for him.  

I walk for my little brother, (Erick) who had a massive heart attack in 2021 - he is a Survivor.

I walk for my older brother (Walter)  who has been diagnosed with AFIB.    Our heartbeat is such a beautiful sound.   It's beats are precious! 

 A quiet strength ... a hearbeat, so quiet yet strong enough to keep us moving.   I walk for awareness to help other's understand the symptoms and the crucial minutes to get help, and to support those around me.
