This is my second year participating in the American Heart Association Heart Walk with my incredible team. Giving back has always been a big part of who I am, and supporting causes that make a real difference in people’s lives means a lot to me.

Did you know that 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of a hospital do not survive? In many of those cases, bystander CPR wasn’t performed. Cardiac arrests can and do happen anywhere! At work, at home, on athletic fields, and in our neighborhoods and a prepared community can make the difference between life and death.

Our team is working to raise $1,000 to support lifesaving research, education, and CPR training so more people are ready to step in and help when it matters most.
