Since the day I was born, I have lived with a heart condition, and it is something I still struggle with every single day. I have gone through two heart surgeries, more cardiologist appointments than I can count, and many days where I simply do not feel healthy. Because of this, heart health is not just important to me, it is deeply personal.
I am sharing my story to help raise awareness for women’s heart health and to support the American Heart Association. Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year, and it is something that affects more families than people realize.
Everything I have been through has shaped who I am. Living with heart problems has made me stronger than I ever thought I could be, and it is the reason I want to use my voice to spread awareness, support research, and help save lives. Any support, donation, or share truly means the world to me.
