This is my first year walking and I'm so excited to do this. I'm not sure if I will reach my donation goal but I am walking in honor of my grandmother/mother Rosemarie Fraijo Valdivia.

My mother passed away Spring of 2019. She was a pillar in our family. She was a peaceful soul who held on the best she could. She loved her husband and family dearly & praised God everyday! She was our biggest cheerleader in life! 

She is survived by her 5 children plus 2 adopted (myself and my brother), 18 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

I now have heart issues and although they aren't as severe, the memory of her strength is empowering! It's my privilege to honor her memory by walking in her name. I love you Mom!
